CANCELLATION POLICY


24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Skin & Body Empire & Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.


 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).

  • No-shows will also be charged 25% of the appointment total.

This fee will be charged to the card on file or invoiced prior to booking your next appointment.


Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from accessing our services and impact our staff schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
